Sivagami transmits an emissary towards the kingdom of Kuntala, who offers the marriage proposal inside a patronizing way. An insulted Devasena rejects the proposal having a scathing reply. Sivagami is enraged to listen to Devasena's response and transmits a purchase to Amarendra that Devasena is introduced to Mahishmati like a captive.The dominion of Kuntala is attacked by Pindaris, a dacoit-like army. Amarendra, with the aid of Devasena's maternal uncle, Kumara Varma (Subbaraju), has the capacity to nullify the attack and save Kuntala. Amarendra reveals who he's, promises Devasena that he'll safeguard her recognition regardless of what and convinces her in the future with him to Mahismati as his future bride.
